Mary Griswold
Mary Griswold is Executive Assistant to Shelly Jones and Office Manager for The Highbury Group. Mary has ten years experience in the staffing and executive search industries most recently with Korn/Ferry International.

Mary has worked with Shelly on engagements for a wide array of consumer, financial service, industrial and technology companies, both in the Pacific Northwest and on a national basis, including Board level engagements for such diverse companies as Boeing, Weyerhaeuser, Coinstar, and WestFarm Foods. Similarly, she has assisted in CEO, COO and other senior level management executive search assignments across a broad array of industries.

Holly Holt
Holly Holt is a new addition to The Highbury Group and focuses on Development, Research, and Client & Candidate Services. Ms. Holt assists company research with all new accounts and clients, both private and public companies from start-ups to multinational levels; as well as assisting in the identification and recruitment of executive talent.

Ms. Holt received a BA from the University of Washington. Her background includes: business development, marketing, public relations, and Italian studies. Prior to The Highbury Group, Holly has spent two years abroad working in Toscana and Umbria, regions of Italy. Ms. Holt was also teamed for three years with the Development Department at National Public Radio, KUOW 94.9 in Seattle.
