Our assessment practice includes evaluation of Board performance, as well as governance guidelines. Assessment of Boards of Directors can include evaluation of overall Board performance, devising governance practices and performance of Board compensation studies.

Assessment can also include review of senior management capabilities. While not supplanting the role of the Board, we nonetheless can offer an impartial, third-person view of capabilities and concerns.
